What will I have to eat?

We’ll encourage you to build out a tasty, wide-ranging diet that still helps you reach success. Yes, you’ll have to cut the calories and stay away from simple carbs, but it doesn’t have to be bleak. We’ll support you to eat food that is good for weight loss – but is still as delicious as it is nutritious.

The food you’ll be eating will be jam-packed with nutrients, low-inflammatory, and low sugar.

We will focus on your glycemic index, which measures how sugary foods affect you. The food you eat will be full of protein to support weight loss and muscle building, but you’ll still be able to enjoy complex carbohydrates as well. This helps to avoid many of the pitfalls of a strict keto diet, such as the ‘keto flu’ from too much ketosis, and stops the weight from piling back on after the program. You won’t be skipping any meals!
